ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY

•    Guide use-case teams on agile ways of working

•    Manage pipeline of multiple use-cases

•    Develop agile management capabilities and toolkit

•    Lead agile working development efforts within the organization

REQUIRED SKILLS

•    Deep understanding of Agile methodology (e.g Scrum, Kanban etc.),  including the ceremonies of backlog grooming, standups, sprint planning,  sprint review and retrospective

•    Ability to communicate to stakeholders of different background  (technical, business, operational, senior management etc.)

•   

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

•    5+ years experience:

▪       in both agile and waterfall development methodologies

▪       leading the development and industrialization of technical/software  engineering project/program

•    PMP Project Management credentials, SAFe or XP, Certified ScrumMaster  a plus
