Key Job Accountabilities / 主要職務 

・Increase division ecommerce turnover, setting out e-business strategy for e-retailers, and pure players, shop-in-shop in line with brand’s identity and objectives.
・Create overall action plan for division's indirect ecommerce growth
・Set a strict KPI with both qualitative and quantitative for each activity
・Develop and maintain ecommerce site (Site, Product page, Contents, Promotions)
・Optimize media strategy and merchandizing strategy: catalog, trade, promotion, in link with the marketing plan
・Track and measure site & business performance for better ROI
・Oversee the website technical improvement actions
・Maintain collaborative relations with all teams both internally and externally. (Sales team, Customer service, logistics, other marketing team, agencies and so on)
・Ensure delivery of best practice online experience
・Manage budget and ensure profitability
・Grow young talents and build a strong team

Must Have Aspects / 必須項目

・Pure Players Ecommerce experience at least more than 3 years (Promotion Planning ,Stock control, Data)
・Logical / Objective thinking Proactive working style
・Beauty metier
・Project management skill (planning, negotiating and execution skills)
・Understanding of Consumer product business
・Good analytical skills
・Team management skills
・English

Preferred Qualification / 希望項目
・digital experience in Fashion , cosmetics  business, media planning or project management experience in digital agency. Expertise in CRM.
