Do you have experience from visual merchandising and want to influence the visual expression of some of the world’s leading cosmetic brands? As Visual Merchandising Manager you will be in charge of securing Retail Excellence in our top doors and coordinate perfumery renovations in close collaboration with Retail Design and brand teams.
You will be in charge of monitoring, maintaining, developing, and implementing visual merchandising for all L’Oréal Luxe brands, and support Retail Design in elevating our brands. The tasks are very varied and require a lot of logistics and coordination, and your luxury sense will ensure the high level execution. Your base will be the Finnish office and you will report directly to the head of Retail Design, Luxe Division in HUB office, Copenhagen. You will have extensive contact with the Finnish team as well as HUB, and the retailers and Beauty Advisors as your main work place will be in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Being out in the field on a highly regular basis to check and assure execution of retail excellence according to standards and guidelines
- Coordinating perfumery renovations, the delivery and installation of any kind of local specific furniture, in close collaboration with Retail Design, field team and retailers.
- In collaboration with Retail Brand Managers, support on visual merchandising on podiums and events
- Support Retail Design and lead of local coordination of store openings and department store renovations
Your Profile:
- Like everyone else in the L’Oréal team you are a passionate person with a healthy ambition to drive our brands and your own development.
- Strong merchandising experience, and a keen eye for design and visual communication
- Highly structured and detail oriented, with sound capability to plan
- Outstanding in following the strategy to thinking with executional excellence
- Experience with Finnish shoppers and retailers is considered a plus
- Creative, problem solver, and out-of-the-box mindset that enjoys being out of the comfort zone
- Ability to work both independently and as a team-player who easily wins trust with colleagues and retailers.
- High work-load capacity, and ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Enjoys working out in the distribution with L’Oréal Luxe customers and sales consultants, and always have a service minded approach
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both spoken and in writing
- Good level of MS Office knowledge (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Driver’s license
