· Drugstore is one of offline’ s key channels with many strategic partner like Guardian, Watsons, MK, Aeon. Following 2025 direction, we want to push the performance of this channel with many key strategies.
· This position is very crucial in driving Drugstore total planning, activation and execution while connecting Brand plan to RTL plans.
B / Main responsibilities, deliverables and contribution of this job to L’Oreal VN
· Channel plan : Bridge over MKT and Sales to commercialize MKT plan into commercial plans both short term and long term
· Activity Planning & Budget management : Responsible for promotion and activation plan for Drugstore customers on a monthly basic based on given budget frame.
· Manage channel monthly operation, performance and evaluation with related stakeholders
· Collaborate with Sales and MKT team to assure a smooth operation on activity deployment, including promotion, activation and CRM activities.
· Execution lead for onsite and offsite activities such as activation, workshop, co-brand and online activities.
· Other tasks as assigned by line manager.
C / Most important qualifications, background and experience:
· Experience in Trade MKT activities such as promotion planning, budget management
· Familiar with planning and operation management.
· Good communication with stakeholders
· Strong in excel and ppt presentation
· Age preferred: 25-40
· Travel requirement: max 15% of working time
