Key Job Accountabilities:
He/she develops all elements of counter design in the Travel Retail business as well as being responsible for project management for brands and regions.
Counter Design
- Define, create and coordinate the brand retail design & merchandising configuration for different distribution channels and implement this in line with the global brand objectives
- Implement merchandising solutions (testers units, free access, POS materials) to brand objectives
- Creation of POS material with VM answering the marketing plan needs
- Co-undertake the conception, development, and follow-up of flagship stores with TRM, DMI and Zone
Project Management for brand & regions
- Develop communication tools for countries to transmit brand values and identity (brand charter, negotiation rules etc)
- Develop and follow guidebooks for different types of distribution and marketing events
- Manage projects and adapt brand concept to local distribution constraints.
- Monitor the performance of projects taking into account budget and time constraints
- Coordination for regional projects
- Develop a good relationship with suppliers and contractors

- Ensures technical and legal compliance regarding the production
- Cooperates with 360° internal & external stakeholders to guarantee consistent retail experience
- Pilots & Monitors RD’s efficiency in line with timelines and budget
Act as a Business Driver
- Guaranties the ROI of POS in line with business objectives
- Negotiates with retailers about staging and implementations
- Monitors POS performance and drives it according to local strategy
Requirements:
- Degree in Interior Design / Industrial Design
- Project management skill
- Good stakeholders’ management skill
- Good understanding of the Travel retail environment &/or Cosmetic industry
- SketchUp, Illustrator, Photoshop, Autocad
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- *Candidates with more years of relevant experiences & budget management, will be considered for senior level position
