[Responsibilities]

1/ Plan and Execute Digital Strategies

-Work with internal stakeholders to identify the business requirements.

-Develop innovative and effective approaches based on business analysis, data analysis, data modelling, statistical analysis, and predictive modelling.

-Design strategies/guidelines to drive traffic to the brand channel, track conversion rates and make improvements in consequence by improving the design / content and user experience.

2/ Digital Media Strategies

-Plan & optimize with the media strategy & investments, ensuring cross-media efficiency, close tracking of results, actionable recommendations.

-Manage the performance by tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and organize the report.

-Ensure an outlook among competition & other industries: trends, intelligence, and experimentation.

-Develop a content calendar across all platforms ensuring a constant supply of relevant content.

3/ Ensure Data Collection, Quality, and retention

-Collaborates with APAC and CMI team to select the relevant sources of information (primary or secondary data sources, strategic approach…).

-Works with Digital IT/MI teams to support data collection, integration and retention based on the input collected with the NANDA business ecosystem.

-Develop and implement NANDA business data systems and optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.


[Requirements]

-At least a 5-year experience in digital marketing campaign including media mix.
-Managed the tracking tool (ie. Set up / design the KPIs at Google Analytics / adobe / metrics / etc,.)

-Familiar with direct/indirect ecommerce system

-Fluent in English(written and oral)
