[Stylenanda/3CE] Operations - Quality Specialist

JOB SUMMARY 

• Quality control of incoming finished goods
• Vendor quality process management
• Communication with L’Oreal North Asia zone, mainly in English

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES 

• Communication with North Asia OMA(Open Manufacturing) Team
• Management of the introduction of the group’s new quality system
• Quality inspection according to ISO 2859 & AQL inspection regulations 
• CAPA follow-up for NC products
• ZD(Zero Defect) improvement activities
• Judgment management through SAP & X3 program
• Quality audit of manufacturers and material vendors
• Management of range-board settings for products
• Non-compliance improvement management that violates L’Oreal quality charter 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: University graduate (Bachelor's degree)
• Years of experience: Min. 3~6 years of QC&QA work experience in the cosmetics industry
• Specific Career Experience
  • Experience in communication with regional team in multi-national company context.
  • Quality inspection of finished goods
  • Experience using SAP or equivalent Quality module system is a plus
• Language: Fluent in both Korean and English (*Business verbal English is essential)
• Other Skills: Proficient with Excel, Word, PPT, any other analysis tool
• The work location: Incheon Songdo office
