1. Deeply understand L’Oréal’s talent vision and strategies, and translate global EVP frame into local language combining domestic recruitment scenarios and candidate features
  2. Gain insights into business needs and target population characteristics, and formulate overall EVP communication strategies.
  3. Develop total EVP channel strategy and promotion action plan, and promote the systematic and consistent EVP commutation through O+O practice (including but not limited to WeChat official account, short video, live broadcast, etc.)
  4. Participate in the formulation and implementations of campus recruitment plans, also drive key EVP projects for experienced hiring, lead social campaigns to increase recruitment conversion
  5. Identify key competitors in the market and develop a 360-degree EVP monitoring, and continuously implement new technology in total candidate experience
  6. Proactively sourcing external opportunities and partnership, and leverage resources to enhance EVP communication
