1. Identify market and consumer insights in order to develop category and implement brand strategy to achieve market share and sales


2. Drive and implement campaigns on new launches, drive growth in pillar products and animate core catalogue.


3. Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies to build integrated engaging consumer brand experiences


4. Mobilize and work with other departments and partner agencies to develop and achieve business/brand objections and meet the deadlines.




1 Bachelor's degree is a must (preferably in marketing, communications or similar)


2 4-10 years+ solid marketing experience in a consumer brand (preferably in beauty industry)


3 With good oral and written English skills


4 Creative and communicative, Curious and take initiatives


5 Knowledge in fragrance/fashion is a plus.
