Key Job Accountabilities:

Mission: Support Business Needs by implementing learning solutions.
• Assist to prepare Training Need Analysis (training planning) and implement it in all business units.
• Contribute to the roll-out of development plans
• Support the implementation and follow-up of Engagement survey by consolidating relevant data and preparing corresponding paper works
• Coordinate learning events and activities (planning, logistic and administration)
• Develop/design the project campaign and program materials, such as videos and animations, cards, game, presentation, poster, ….
• Contribute to partnership with external providers/consultants/experts/trainers.
• Communicate regularly on learning offers and activities
• Use internal learning processes and tools, i.e., LMS, MyMarket…, etc.
• Use internal data and metrics to drive learning activity and ensure regular reporting
• Track Learning budgets and expenses
• Answer enquires about training operations from employees

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or equal with solid experience on Learning / Training.
• Proven experience in organizing learning events / activities in creative ways and attention to details while managing data.
• Quick learner with strong sense of entrepreneurship and the abilities to prioritize jobs and responsibilities with competing demands.
• Strong planning skill, with the ability to work efficiently under stress
• Good skills on communications, problem solving and project management, with people proximity.
• Good team player and well organized
• Decent English-speaking.
• Master MS Office applications, especially good skills on excel and power-point.
