Key Job Accountabilities

  • Partner with business to fulfill daily recruitment for Operations North Asia zone team, leveraging different recruitment channels like direct sourcing, internal referrals, etc.
  • Proactively build-up talent pipeline aligned with business needs
  • Bring value-added insights to the teams like competitor structure analysis, talent market sharing, and etc.
  • Continuously enhance talent acquisition operations, process, KPIs, systems, assessment tools, and etc.
  • Support EVP (employer value proposition) projects to further promote Operations employer branding at campus and among experience hires
  • Support talent management process or projects, like People Review, talent development initiatives, people dashboard, etc.
  • Support talent related projects when needed

     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and above, with relevant 1-3 years HR experience in multinational companies
  • Experienced in recruitment and can fulfill hiring needs independently
  • Previous experience in running recruitment projects like campus recruitment, EVP projects, etc is highly preferred
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
  • Logic thinking and excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Proactive approach and capability of thinking out of the box.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Out-look PowerPoint, etc.).  Good command of Excel.
  • Knowledge of HRIS is a plus.
  • Quick leaner, responsible; work with strong sense of efficiency, good planning.
