The key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  1. Reporting and Analysis
  2. Monitor the commercial KPI closely and identify the potential risk/opportunity on topline by each channel.
  3. Prepare financial summary on key financial indicators and PnL performance, volume and price evolution, gross margin analysis,
  4. Analyze the development spending together with retail colleagues, especially focusing on the BA investment, like productivity, staff cost, etc.
  5. Collect and evaluate Profit and Loss by channel and have an insight into the channel analysis.
  6. Maintain, delivery and own financial forecast of the brand that provides an accurate forecast/budget of the business and the monthly closing process in conjunction with the brand team.
  7. Continuously drives process improvement initiatives and leverages investment to minimize waste, maximize efficiency/accuracy and create capacity for analytics and insights that support growth objectives.

  8. Business Planning
  9. Willing to experience the challenge from the new business model and do the simulation together with brand team
  10. Provide effective and timely financial information, thoughtful business insights/analytics and business performance evaluation to ensure management are effective in creating and executing the business’s strategy and operation plan
  11. Collaborate with finance peers and line manager in developing actionable, accountable and resilient business strategic and marketing plans
  12. Develop a defined point of view about the business and help communicate the results and strategy of the business to internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Act as a business partner to the brand in support of investment opportunities, strategic growth objectives and other functional initiatives.


Required Experience and Skills

  1. Finance/Accounting degree from well-recognized university
  2. 6 years above work experience in planning & analysis / controllership level with solid working experience in well-established company
  3. MNC is preferred. Previous FMCG experience will be a plus.
  4. Be willing to learn and use new financial EPR system, such as Compass, SAP
  5. Can demonstrate strategic perspective and tactical execution; fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
  6. Comfortable in high pressure of working environment.
