Now we are looking for a Senior Brand Experience & Influencer Manager to drive our presence and relationship in the market 


You will....
  • Manage relationship with top KOL + VIP KOLs: build program + budgeting, including engagement in marketing events/activations is mandatory
  • Scouting & vetting rising KOLs
  • Nurture peer relationships (community)
  • Massify Love community
  • Reinforce relationship with brand ambassador 
  • Activate brand cause campaign for the brand (Maintain relationship with key stakeholders e.g NGO)
  • Key brand eventing (e.g Skin University, Maybelline Concert, Garnier Men Berani Lebih, OAP Purple Wave, JakartaXBeauty)
You have…
  • 5-7 years of experience in multi-national company as marketing communication, public relations, or other related-expertise
  • High capability on executing strong relationship with our key business partner (KOL and influencer)
  • Preferably having experience in both marketing/brand team and agency team
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm with beauty industry
