Within VICHY Laboratoires DMI, we are looking for a Director of Scientific Communication and Clinical Studies. As the responsible of the team your missions are to :
- Ensure the 3-year plan for clinical studies and medical relations (Advisory Board, congresses and publications) for DMI VICHY Laboratoires in order to increase the prescription/recommandation of the brand by healthcare professionals and establish its scientific legitimacy and reputation.
- Develop the medical influence of the VICHY Laboratoires brand.
- Develop the clinical studies plan in line with the VICHY Laboratoires brand strategy.
- Develop a partnership strategy with learned societies & Key opinion leaders (KOL).
- Set up and participate in external events (e.g. congresses).
- Mobilize and animate opinion leaders in consulting, training or spokesperson actions (congresses, digital channels, media, etc.).
- Draw up action plans and budgets for clinical studies and medical relations
- Seek external partnerships
- Supervise tools in collaboration with the medical education team
- Ensure synergies between functions and brands (LDB Brands + LDB Medical)
- Develop the medical culture within the brand and encourage cooperation between the various LDBs.
- Work in synergy with marketing and communication functions
- Ensure scientific (trends), competitive and environmental monitoring of medical and research activities.
- Ensure training and compliance with internal and external ethical standards in relations with healthcare professionals.
Ideally, you have a scientific background with at least 8 years' experience in the Dermo/pharma/medical sector, with a strong knowledge of clinical studies.
You are comfortable developing medical relationships in a DMI context, with a strong appetite for skincare/haircare, while developing a team of 6 employees.
Dynamic and innovative, you have a strategic vision and enjoy playing an entrepreneurial role in the dermo/pharma/medical sector.
