As SOCIAL INSIGHT & ANALYTICS SPECIALIST you will Conceptualize, implement and deploy the relevant Research & Social Media tools and processes to identify fresh insights and trends and to influence decision-making by translating insights into action, further more you will:

  • Analyze social media data of L’Oréal, the market and competition’s activities.
  • Provide future growth and communication opportunities based on social listening insights to engage our consumers with our brands.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to guide the (digital) marketing teams in developing winning propositions in the categories and future growth.
  • Leverage social listening and data insights to make our brands, products and communication engaging for consumers.
  • Upskill CMI and internal business partners in social insights skills.

You're the perfect match, if you:

  • Have experience in analytical work in marketing.
  • Demonstrate expertise on relevant types of market research methodologies, social listening, retail analysis, statistics and big data.
  • Have mastered consumer, product and brand knowledge
  • Have the ability to translate consumer and market insights into business projects.
  • Are proactive in proposing and leading challenging approach to nourish the brand strategy.
  • Have the ability to work with large amounts of data, their processing and interpretation.
  • Have previous experience in media or research agency.
  • Have advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, SAP.
