As part of the IT EMEA Product Team Coordination, our SAP Product Leader is responsible for maximizing the value of the product results from a harmonized work of the product Tea, also in charge of building the product based on the roadmap and budget and ensuring to follow it.

We are a team of 12 teams members (which build with ITBA cross domains, Abapers, integration with HIP, Product Owner, BRMs as well as Business stakeholders) very passionate and dynamic people.

We can summarize your missions in 3 main objectives:

  • To contribute to Product Vision and Roadmap definition for Build & Run,
  • To ensure a good quality on delivering Projects, Enhancements, Incidents among the product team, by supporting the Product Owner to prioritize the backlog,
  • To coordinate the product team, by ensuring the knowledge and competences needed, implement the feedback culture and as well as best AGILE practices.

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have significant experience:

  • In functional and technical domain knowledge of the product​ (SAP experience),
  • In coordination skills : you will have to ensure backlog´s delivery, support the Product Owner on the prioritization, coordinate the product team, and act as a Project Manager in certain topics if required,
  • In process oriented skills : you always look for harmonize process, as well as standard solutions, sharing the roadmap provided by the Business with their Product team. AGILE mindset to be built, transparency and feedback culture for continuous improvement,
  • In following testing strategy : you will apply the best practices.
