  • Experience working on integrated environments although specific technical skills are not mandated (IE: interfaces with SAP, OMS, Masterdata/transactional data sources).

The Roll-out Lead will belong to the Sales team in the IT Europe O+O Domain.  

IT Europe is standardizing all Sales & Service solutions on a single integrated Salesforce Platform (KEPLER), aiming to deliver modern, agile products to L’Oréal’s internal users and customers in Europe’s countries.  

The Roll-out Lead will be responsible for reporting of the global roadmap, and deployment of the KEPLER Sales tool to local countries. They will work closely with the KEPLER Build and Run, HIP (Integration) & SAP Teams and all other stakeholders. Their main duty will be the coordination, planning and follow-up of all activities related to these projects, following a pre-defined roll-out kit. 


Global Role 

  • Kepler Sales Roll-out Lead, reporting global project constraints, and coordinating the roll-out of a Product based on Salesforce CG Cloud platform & CustomerTime mobile application and related integration points. 
  • Deploy the Field Force tool in all new countries across all divisions. 
  • Roll-out referent for all operational topics. 
  • Working alongside NEO Project Manager. 
  • Reporting to IT Europe Sales Manager. 



  • Reporting of all planning between other KEPLER Sales Roll-out, build, SAP and HIP. 
  • Responsible for individual roll-out projects. 
  • Main point of contact of all project counterparts: EMEA Business, EMEA PM, Local PM, Local IT, Integration, SAP etc… 
  • Planning definition & follow-up, including all transversal teams’ constraints. 
  • Operational duty setting for external BA’s 
  • Highlighting, following and escalating all project risks, even those out of direct responsibility but having a potential impact on the project. 
  • Create, organise & lead Kepler Sales specific rituals as required: Kick-off, daily, weekly, ad-hoc focus sessions 
  • Lead the Workshop definition, organisation & discussions. 
  • Work with the local team to determine & close the Gaps. 
  • Own the roll-out Backlog and workload allocation of the roll-out squad specific to their project. 
  • Monitor and report on the Salesforce configuration done by the squad. 
  • Provide regular and detailed reporting to management regarding project progress, risks/blockers and KPI’s as deemed appropriate, both for their individual projects and coordinating the information for all other KEPLER Sales Roll-out‘s 
  • Participate and contribute to ensuring the quality of the Build to Roll-Out process, and highlight any concerns / areas for improvements. 
  • Ensure the quality of the Roll-out to Run process 
  • Operational collaboration with Salesforce’s squad : participate in scope definition and validation, verify local specifications, monitor user story creation & validation, involved in IT testings & Defect creation… etc. 
  • Operational collaboration with HIP & SAP on their Roll-out backlog & follow-up, testing with Salesforce squad, creation of defects, involvement with local business etc. 
  • Responsible for the Roll-out Kit; reviewing, amending & creating new entries as needed.
