The position
As the RGM-manager, you will coach the organization to adopt the RGM-mindset and enable multifunctional teams on various projects to optimize growth opportunities for Luxury Division with focus on RGM framework pillars: pricing, format strategy, mix management, promo strategy and building convincing retailer story.
Main tasks
- Train and upskill all departments on the RGM methodology, KPI’s & tools.
- Understand the retail environment and dynamics to drive the right initiatives across different channels and customers in Poland and Baltics.
- Track ROI of promotional activities within the fast-changing market context.
- Perform in-depth analyses on all RGM-levers, combining internal & external data.
- Implement updates of automatized analysis tools.
- Guide multi-functional teams on yearly assessment of pack-price architecture, mix, innovation basket and promotional strategy.
- Function as spokesperson towards the international zone team to communicate and share local strategies, initiatives and needs.
- This role will play an important role within animation of RGM topics in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Business Development.
Skillset And Competencies
- Previous experience within RGM-role (1-3 years).
- Good understanding of sell-out and shopper data.
- Good understanding of Sell-In & P&L KPI’s.
- Analytical skillset with excellent knowledge of Excel
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders within the organization to accelerate change when necessary.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Previous experience in Sales, Finance or Sales Analytics will be an asset.
- Fluent knowledge of English.
