L’Oreal Luxe Retail Transformation Project Manager

L’Oréal is seeking a dynamic, experienced and innovative 
Retail Transformation Project Manager to develop, engage and motivate best in class community of Beauty Ambassadors L’Oréal Luxe (Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent, Armani, Kiehl’s  and Biotherm).

This is a really exciting role that gives opportunity to collaborate across functions such as Retail, Social Commerce, Marketing and Education and manage innovative digital platform which brings together, inspires, educates and communicates with L’Oréal Luxe ambassadors.

Your Responsibilities:

We are looking for a person
 who will be accountable for managing work of L’Oréal Luxe Beauty Ambassadors in perfumeries and leading communication & education Digital Platform

  • Execute of the Retail strategy for the division
  • implementing new competences & new positions (including social commerce
  • Manage budget and administration of the team in cooperation with the external agency
  • Responsible for the quality of the team of Beauty Ambassadors
  • Monitor the results and motivating the Team
  • Provide work tools needed to achieve goals
  • Co-create, supply and plan content and modules to engage employees on the digital learning platform
  • Animates the Retail Community via newsletters, engaging BAs on social wall (commenting, liking posts, creating challenges)
  • Provide exceptional digital learning and engagement
  • Monitor the success and engagement within Digital Platform


  • Minimum 3-4 years experience in people management.
  •  Experience in communication (external and / or internal)
  • Strong analytical skills & KPI oriented
  •  Strong engagement & full commitment
  • Experience in advocacy, social media or digital will be additional advantage 
  • MS Office proficiency
