Responsible for Livestreaming and Building up Strong LIVE team, BA Digitalization, and BA Modernization project.

Plan effective BA integration & development programs and ensure consistent implementation.

Contribute to Build up Make up and Training for Make up team. Manage and motivate BAs with empathy.

MAJOR  RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Define winning recipe of livestream, ensure mood & tone, look & feel, are respectful of brand guidelines and embody brand identity.

2. Work with retailers on livestreaming plans and perennializations, Define, together with Marketing, the media strategy and execution for livestream.

3. Measure performance of livestreams and continuously propose improvement plans, Keep track of competitors best practices on livestreams.

4. Implement with success the Beauty Tech tools of the brand, Maximize the conversion rate of the tools to purchase.

5. Drive the BA’s into quality content creation and posting, Work, together with marketing, on re-posting of best BA posts and contents on official platforms.

6. Develop “one single world” mindset for the BA’s (O2O) as a key customer-centric approach to how we retail our product.

7. Conduct BA Make up training (brand induction for newcomers, NPD, soft-skills updates).

8. Develop our BA’s capacity to host eventing at counter and animate customers through their expertise.
