Your Future Team

Join our vibrant and passionate Sales team in Dubai, a melting pot of diverse talents all driven by a shared passion for beauty and innovation. You'll be part of a dynamic and supportive environment where you can learn from experienced professionals and contribute your unique skills to drive the success of our brands in the GCC market.

Who You Are

  • You'll analyze data from current shopper activations, using KPIs like sales and ROI to measure success. Then, you'll switch gears to craft a compelling presentation for a new activation program, pitching it to both internal teams and a key retail partner.
  • You'll collaborate with Trade Marketing to finalize logistics and ensure seamless execution of upcoming activations. You'll also review designs for in-store displays and materials, providing feedback to align with brand guidelines and campaign goals
  • Lead a training session for beauty advisors, equipping them with product knowledge and sales strategies to deliver outstanding service. You'll also meticulously review and test all POSM to ensure a flawless launch for a major upcoming product.
  • You'll strategically plan the activation calendar for key shop-in-shops, balancing brand needs with retailer schedules. Finally, you'll measure the ROI of recent activations, preparing reports that highlight wins and areas for improvement.
