L'Oréal Internship is a 6 months full-time program (2 January 2025 - 11 July 2025) designed for ambitious, compassionate, resilient and agile in learning students, who are eager to gain real life working experience through solving purposeful challenges in beauty tech business. 

Are you excited about latest technology solutions? Are you often curious to find out more regarding tech start-ups in the life science and physical science field?  

 

We are looking to hire an Open Innovation - Technology Scouting Intern for our Open Innovation Team based in Singapore to navigate and scout the universe of technology developers in South-East Asia and Australia New Zealand for the most promising solutions that meet our industry needs. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct market research on startups, technologies and innovations, and investors.    
  • Under guidance, present reviews to various international teams at L’Oréal including experts. 
  • Research on emerging technology from start-up companies in various industries and assess the quality of various proposals. 
  • Participate in the development of collaboration structures and business models of innovation projects. 
  • Contribute to the organization of other Open Innovation events and activities. 


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:

  • Background and interest in technology-related fields such as Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry & Biomedical Sciences 
  • Passion for spotting new technology opportunities in the beauty world 
  • Keen interest in Technology and Sciences and their concrete applications in daily life 
  • Go-getter with strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
