As a Pharma Education Specialist you will develop a strategy of pharmacist`s education. Your daily work will include education and inspiration of pharmacists for the recommendation of dermatocosmetics brands Vichy, La Roche-Posay and Cerave.

Key Accountabilities:

• Participation in the development and planning of the project to attract and train pharmacists on the DermaClub digital platform 
• Manage cooperation with agencies to implement the project strategy and achieve the set goals
• Responsibility for creating and managing diverse content on the platform, including the adaptation of international product materials
• Organization of online and offline events for a large audience (webinars, trainings, smart games, etc.), analysis of their effectiveness
• Close cooperation with trainers, doctors and other relevant specialists to ensure high quality and relevance of the educational process
• Participation in the development of a pharmacist incentive program and management of the gift fund
• Work with analytical data (both digital and business data) to continuously improve the platform and learning processes
• Maintaining document flow related to the educational process

Key Requirements:

• Experience in successfully managing multi-component projects (experience in education or pharmaceuticals will be a big plus)
• Experience with digital learning platforms or similar projects that require coordination of many aspects is desirable
• Ability to coordinate with agencies to achieve project goals and ensure the quality of tasks
• Creativity and innovative approach, knowledge of modern technologies and tools 
• Language skills: fluency in Ukrainian, knowledge of English (upper-intermediate level)
• Confident user of PowerPoint
