What are we looking for? 

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist in Singapore to support the digital strategies and optimization for our Consumer Product Division, consisting of three brands.  

In this role you will: 

Activation of the division’s online media strategy, budgets and investments to drive efficiency and effectiveness for business growth, through close tracking of results and actionable recommendations

  • Design strategies/guidelines to drive online traffic to e-platforms & e-retailers, track conversion rates and make improvements in consequence by improving the design / content and user experience
  • Measure and track the ROI of media investments, performance and KPIs using dashboards
  • Monitor digital performance and consumer engagement
  • Manage and maintenance of Brand.com content

Monitor and enhance the online sales activity

  • Manage SEM, SEO measurements and monitoring methodologies
  • Analyse and draw conclusions on specific digital KPIs
Manage Competitive, market and best practices intelligence
  • Analyze digital role in the consumer path to purchase & consumer online searches
  • Stay up to date with market, consumers & competitors
  • Share best practices and monitor local digital performance of the products and platforms to support the brand’s ambition 
  • Maintain understanding of the latest digital opportunities and trends in consumer interaction and inspire the brand with those possibilities

The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experiences in Digital field from either agency, brand or platform background
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen and ambition to drive business forward with results
  • Strong understanding about online platforms, analytical tools, media measurement and performance
  • Strong consumer centricity and understanding
  • Collaborative and strong analytical skills
  • Highly adaptable to changes in a fast pace environment
  • Good communication skills, assertive and articulate
