Your mission…  

You will be the driving force of the digital agenda for the division. You support all brand teams on digital activities ranging from media, paid and organic search, website development & other acceleration projects. You will be the the expert in my key focus areas and cascade digital knowledge to various internal and external stakeholders as well as being a sparring partner to them. Also, you ensure the optimal usage of our media investments in collaboration with brands, agency partners and our CDMO team, continuously improving our digital KPIs. The role reports to the Head of Digital & Advocacy. 

 

You will…  

  • Be the expert & main point of contact for any search and digital media topic in the division, facilitate information and projects between CDMO, agencies and brand teams 
  • Drive the Nordic search frame and develop a search (SEM + SEO) strategy for the division while making sure there is no cannibalizations between brands 
  • Be a support to the brand teams in terms of website content strategy, manage cross brand website projects & be a support during website roll-outs 
  • Understand the latest digital opportunities and trends to develop new initiatives and possibilities for the division, identifying test & learn projects to bring innovation together with the brand teams 
  • Help drive 1P data acquisition initiatives & activation in media 
  • Own & be the expert of media reporting tools, share results to relevant stakeholders and help ensure ROI  
  • Make sure golden rules are communicated and considered by all teams managing media  
  • Work closely together with the Nordic CDMO team on studies to help optimize initiatives  
  • Secure continuous digital upskilling of the teams   

 

Your profile...  

  • You have at least 4+ years of experience from a similar position  
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing with a performance and data driven mindset 
  • Strong competencies across core focus areas: paid and organic search, digital media & website content 
  • Expert in analyzing performance, digital KPI’s, developing insights to consistently optimize activities & improve performance 
  • Entrepreneurial and able to translate consumer data into business opportunities  
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills 
  • On top of latest digital trends particularly in media innovation  
  • Strong collaboration skills and able to interact and spar with stakeholders across the organization 
  • Media agency or tech company experience preferred but not required
