Oversee Lancôme online sales. Monitor on-line sell-in & sell-out excellence.

Manage eCommerce platform for

  • Put emphasis on commercial KPIs of Revenue / Transactions / Order Value. Set-up business plans from forecasting, sell-out pacing to product launch
  • Create and maintain an online e-business plan according to brand strategy and business priorities (including promotion activations)
  • Manage marketing budget to achieve sell-out / conversion goal (collaborate with agency on performance media) - drive Growth, Develop and implement creative solutions to drive and convert more visitors
  • Be responsible for site governance and maintenance with support of IT and web mastering team
  • Coordinate ongoing system check with IT and DPO department

Monitor and enhance the online sales activity

  • Ensure User Experience of the website
  • Coordinate and execute newsletter marketing
  • Own and manage SEO measurements and monitoring methodologies
  • Manage, analyze and draw conclusions on specific ecommerce KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, average basket etc.)
  • Enriching e-commerce platforms with content in cooperation with Marketing
  • Ensure that all ecommerce activity is consistent with the brand sense of purpose

Achieve excellence through optimization and innovation

  • Analyse website performance, traffic sources and conversion to identify the main product gaps an growth opportunities

Manage Competitive, market and best practices intelligence

  • Analyze digital role in the consumer path to purchase & consumer online searches
  • Collect and connect working knowledge on the e-retailers
  • Share and utilize best practices from other countries and markets

You’re the perfect match if:

You have 3 years of experience in E-Commerce within fast-paced companies. You have passion for understanding the needs of consumer; ability to interpret them and propose creative, innovative solution to meet these needs, but also:

  • Have proven track of records in boosting brand’s performance in e-commerce
  • Great proficiency in e-commerce, digital and CRM tools
  • Familiar with Google Analytics, e-commerce platforms and CMS
  • Preferred – familiar with Jira or equivalent system
  • Ability to use analytical and measurement e-com / digital tools
  • Strong planning, project management skills and commercial way of thinking
  • Networking and proactive mindset
  • Consumer centric approach
  • Fluency in English
  • Have passion for beauty and natural curiosity for skin care
