The Role
The role is designed to provide admin support within the Order Preparation Department and will report directly to the Order Prep Admin Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grouping and Printing deliveries in line with the labour plan
  • Checking deliveries to ensure that all labels and manifests are correct
  • Gate keeping the order schedule, to ensure all orders are dated correctly
  • Working closely with Order Preparation and Flows Supervisors to ensure a smooth workflow to the DC
  • Booking customer deliveries
  • Working with the wider Supply Chain teams to ensure late or out of schedule deliveries are processed in a timely manner

Skills & Knowledge

  • SAP knowledge is very desirable but not essential as full training will be provided (similar software experience will suffice)
  • IT Skills – Previous experience would be advantageous especially MS Excel, Outlook and MS Word
  • Good knowledge and experience of a warehouse operation
  • Problem solving, pro-active, self-motivating and flexible attitude
  • High level of attention to detail
