What will you do?
L'Oréal Internship is a 6-month full-time program (2 January 2025 - 11 July 2025) designed for ambitious, compassionate, resilient, and agile students looking to kickstart their professional journey! You will learn about our various business models, build your network, discover our unique divisions and brands, and gain an overview of L'Oréal, our culture and our working environment.
This position is a unique opportunity to assist the SAPMENA Open Innovation program, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a successful startup competition.
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter with a flair for creative design and a desire to grow within an exciting entrepreneurial environment with an interest in the exponential potential of the beauty tech industry. You will support the team working on this Open Innovation program and together, bring it to life.
This will include performing a variety of administrative, event planning, and communications tasks across multiple internal and external stakeholders in day-to-day operations.
Key Tasks:
- Assist in program management and administrative matters:
- Perform general office tasks such as scheduling meetings, recording meeting notes to keep organized.
- Communication and coordination with internal (comms, PR, country teams involved) and external stakeholders (agencies).
- Keep track of project timelines with routine reporting on progress and project status, with preparation of reporting materials i.e. Slide decks
- Coordinate to bring the rest of the internal stakeholders and organization on board this Open Innovation competition.
- Assist in creation of basic marketing materials on Canva and dissemination of promotional materials internally within the organization, and coordinate with agencies for the materials to be disseminated externally.
- Logistical and operational support throughout the program, with key milestones being the online pitch events and in-person Grand Finale in October.
- Work with Open Innovation Lead in other capacities as needed to support the program.
