We have an exciting role on offer for an Online Brand Manager within L’Oréal LUXE.

This role requires a brand champion to specialize in brand experience and digital media performance. The primary KPI of this role is to own the online journey of consumers and shoppers across our retailer websites and the retail path to purchase, to maximize the e-Commerce sell out within the brand international guidelines.

This role will collaborate with the relevant digital specialists to ensure a seamless online experience for shoppers across all our digital touchpoints, with a focus on content creation, coordinating promotional stock and samples. This role operates with dual reporting lines to the LUXE Marketing Lead and Head of Digital.


  • Drive the brand strategy & priorities to maximize the campaigns and launches online
  • Construct content and marketing activation plans for eRetailers and D2C Channel
  • Collect, analyze and interpret information derived from all data sources to generate insights, track ROI and make constructive strategic decisions and recommendations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for brand team for strategy, planning and activation specific to each online campaign
  • Ensure proper pacing of impression/click delivery of campaigns, prompt delivery of reports to brand teams and accurate/useful performance reports
  • Assist team with all executional aspects of the campaign management processes campaign strategy; tagging recommendations; delivery management (pacing, budget, spend); analysis and reporting
  • Help in designing and delivering performance updates, optimizations, business reviews, new audience-based programmatic solutions and growth opportunity presentations
  • Generate supporting documentation for post campaign presentations and provide insights to client teams


  • Bachelor’s degree with proven track record in e-Commerce or digital
  • 1-2 years’ experience in building e-commerce marketing strategies and campaign management
  • 2-3 years’ intermediate digital design experience in Adobe Photoshop to optimize existing assets and creative, specifically as it relates to the online shopper experience i.e. optimizing and resizing assets for product pages
  • Knowledge of online media metrics and analysis
  • In-console audience-based RTB media experience desirable
  • Knowledge of ad targeting media optimization methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Outstanding relationship and business builder
