Your mission in 1 sentence
Developing sales through personalized action plans, measuring ROI of all action plans, and managing the A&P budget.
Your key responsibilities
- Activation strategy:
- Co-build activation plans with O+O Key Accounts + Activation Team, ensuring respect of brand equity and strategy
- Defines categories priorities
- Develops relevant assets for client and brand
- Develops and executes according to activation plan:
- Proposes differentiated growth plan per client
- Provides the assets according to Brand Equity and JBP
- Co builds with KAMs the commercial deals
- Measures ROI of all actions:
- Analyses performance of activation plans
- Pilots and manages budgets
- Defines B2B CRM strategy:
- Defines the CRM strategy and execution for campaigns activity with the support of the CRM team
- Sales Cycles:
- Coordinates between all departments (interface to marketing, education,sales, supply chain, customer care, controlling)
- Analysis and control of sales key figures:
- As well as conceptual development of action plans for optimization
- Drives the conquest strategy of the brand

- Sales Activation team, Education team and the Product Brand Manager
Your profile
You are analytical strong but pragmatic when the situation requires. As a person you are determined to make a great impact by taking initiatives and sharing your ideas. It is important to feel comfortable to collaborate with different stakeholders and that you know how to convince them if necessary. Furthermore, you are open minded and supportive towards new initiatives.
Our ideal candidate
- Has minimum 2+ years of fulltime work experience
- Is entrepreneurial, empathic, innovator, strategist, creative & team player
- Is fluent in English, and Dutch or French
- Possesses or wants to develop the following skills:
- Activation excellence
- Budget management
- Stakeholder management
- Offline Online consumer journey activation
- Product merchandising
- Retail strategy definition
- Omnichannel experience design
- Prioritization
- Planning and organization
