Your mission…
As Performance Manager, you will drive the growth and expand market share for L'Oréal Luxe in the Nordics by maximizing return on investment (ROI) and strengthening brand equity through data-driven optimization of the consumer journey across all online and offline touchpoints.
You will…
- Build an overall view on Consumer Journey and end-to-end related KPIs, mapping key touchpoints and defining relevant KPIs for projects and campaigns in alignment with global guidelines and brand objectives whilst shaping the most efficient local consumer journey.
- Transform Data into Actionable Insights: Analyze consumer behavior data to identify trends, opportunities, and finetune consumer engagement strategies alongside generating insights for Luxe teams through continuous analysis of the consumer journey.
- Optimize Omnichannel Performance: Steer O+O (online + offline) performance across all channels, leveraging KPIs defined by the European HQ. Focus on maximizing reach, engagement, conversion rates, SoMe engagement, consumer satisfaction,retention and ROI. Closely monitor performance of online and offline activations, including identifying areas for optimization.
- Assess Retail Activations: Evaluate the effectiveness of offline retail activations in driving consumer engagement and sales. Identify opportunities to enhance the in-store experience and maximize conversion rates.
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with Marketing, Consumer Engagement (including CRM), Online, and Retail teams to translate data-driven insights into tangible action plans.
- Champion Data-Driven Decision Making: Act as a data-driven voice in strategy meetings, using performance insights to enhance consumer engagement tactics and optimize media allocations and refine investments.
We are looking for...
- You possess a strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data and derive actionable insights.
- You have 3+ years of experience in data / business intelligence / digital performance analysis.
- You demonstrate proficiency in digital and media performance management, data analysis, data visualization, and consumer lifetime value (CLV) analytics.
- You can develop and execute data-driven strategies to achieve business objectives.
- You understand the business landscape and retail dynamics (online/offline), preferably with a keen interest in the luxury beauty market.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- You have a proven ability to solve complex problems, interpret data, and make informed decisions.
- You can effectively communicate data insights through compelling narratives.
