As the Marketing Graduate, you will be responsible for ensuring flawless in-store execution of campaigns and exciting new launches from the largest beauty company in the world. During the 12-month program, you will have a central role in the team dealing with international brands such as Biotherm, Helena Rubintein, YSL, Lancôme and Georgio Armani. The role reports to the Senior Retail Brand Manager. 

Your Key Job Accountabilities 
  • Be a key point of contact for one brand in the portfolio with support from the senior Retail brand manager 
  • Support the local Marketing team in execution of go-to market strategy on several brands: operations and point of sale excellence  
  • Work on specific projects linked to our overall growth plan, including analysis and business proposals   
  • Competitor tracking online and off-line 
  • Support the RBM team in PLV local productions and creative work   
  • Collaboration with a wide array of suppliers and stakeholders  
  • Assist the RBM and visual merchandising team on the preparation of bigger events in store 
  • Act as the referral in the knowledge of country specific needs and practice 
Your Profile 
  • You have graduated from your Master’s program within Marketing, Communication, Branding or similar 
  • You have strong organization skills: ability to coordinate, plan, a sense of priority and solid time management  
  • You are not afraid to take responsibility and are motivated by achieving results  
  • You are ambitious with a sense of aesthetics, as well as analytically sharp, intuitive, and a creative problem solver with an open mindset  
  • You are fluent in one Nordic Language and English, written and spoken  
  • You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office  
  • You are a pro-active team player with a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment  
  • You have a strong interest in branding. Hands-on experience within the FMCG or beauty industry is seen as an advantage
