Job Description:

Manage end to end Operations for Color&Co, an 100% ECOM and D2C brand. Serve Demand Planning, Supply Planning (GBSC & BSM), and Fulfillment/Assembly Manager functionality.

Key Job Accountabilities: 

Act as the interface/one point of contact between the brand and Operations. 

Responsible for partnering with the brand to align on forecast and execution of the forecast pass to plants.

Oversee supply planning and inventory management of all plant produced and 3rd party procured kit components. 

Responsible for communication and management of supply risks, as well as inventory trend and E&O reporting.

Responsible for overseeing overall fulfillment performance and strategy.

Act as the key contact to Contract Manufacturer responsible for fulfillment; includes day to day order management and troubleshooting. 

Manage overall operational costs (materials, fulfillment, & transit), and contribute to gross margin improvement through cost savings initiatives. 

Manage and report end to end supply chain KPIs, particularly adherence to committed fulfillment and shipping times (service metrics).   

As service offerings and product line expands, act as the Operations Project Manager to implement and coordinate required changes to assembly and personalization process. 

Serve as Brand representative for Operations IT system integration initiatives and management. 

Required Experience/Training:

  • BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field preferred
    • Ideal profile would include experience and/or cross functional exposure to:
      • BSM/GBSC
      • Assembly Planning/Customer Service/Distribution
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience within Manufacturing or Supply Chain
  • Demonstrate the ability to thrive and adapt to dynamic and evolving environment/business needs.
  • Display strong problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial spirit to coordinate/execute “out of the box” projects/initiatives.
  • Possess an innovative mindset focused on process improvement.
  • Possess well-developed communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills to be able to build strong work relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
