Your Mission
You are accountable for driving sales and profitability by developing effective merchandising strategy. You know and understand market trends, consumer preferences, shopper behavior and competitors activity to make informed decision on product assortment and inventory level. You create appealing and cohesive product display to make sure that the right products are placed in the right location to maximize sales.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cascade the Category Merchandising Strategy at Local Market & Retailer Level
- Following PL-BL HUB Strategy, I define plan for category sales maximization via effective products display on different types of make-up furniture (wall unit, display, barquette, etc).
- Create compelling make up shopping experience.
Lead Merchandising Strategy at Hub & Retailer Level:
- Develop and execute merchandising strategy to drive sell out.
- Meet financial targets and business objective.
- Create visually appealing and cohesive product displays to maximize sales.
- Being preferred partner for retailers to consult different merchandising solution for the category.
- Looking for effective merchandising solution taking into account budget restriction.
- Create planogram recommendation and load up files for retailers.
- Taking care of furniture stock and inventory.
- Developing new furniture solution in close cooperation with suppliers, retailers and zone.
- Taking care of proper accountancy administration of furniture.
- Proper planning remerch for all clients (order cassettes, stripes, graphics in advance).
- Close cooperation with internal (Zone, marketing, sales and purchasing teams) and external (suppliers, agencies) stakeholders.
Value Creation & Business Model Optimization
- Responsible for merchandising projects on the Poland & Baltics Hub level.
You're a perfect match if you have:
- Experience in merchandising, category management, activation or similar position ideally in beauty or FMCG environment.
- Ability to create planograms and proper accountancy administration of furniture management.
- Strong critical thinking skills with ability to implement new solutions.
- Great communication skills, combination of analytical and creative mindset.
- Excellent planning & organization skills.
- Excellent time management & prioritization, ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent knowledge of Polish and English (on daily basis with Baltic stakeholders).
