SCOPE AND IMPACT OF JOB

·         Lead the development of brand medical communication materials, and adapt the regional and hospital realities to implement brand advocacy with the help of KOLs and dermatologists

·         Collect and communicate the latest medical marketing key information and scientific story to target health care professionals, with references to brand and product recommendation

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Education and Experience: 

·         Major in Clinical Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology or Nursery, Bachelor’s Degree or Above

·         Relevant experience above 5 years(Preferably with above 2 year trainer experience)

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

·         Good experiences with cosmetics, cosmeceuticals, OTC or medical devices

·         Strong communication and good interpersonal skill

·         Basic listening and speaking skills and good writing skills in English                                                                                   

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.       Medical visit and establish good relationships with target dermatologists

2.       Provide coaching to the field Medical Visitors with both medical expertise and profound knowledge of brand and products as well as clinical study results

3.       Supervise the performance of junior Medical Visitors in the field with routine evaluations on a standard scale, and adjust the coaching plan accordingly

4.       Serve as medical resource for education and training to internal and external customers

5.       Ensure that all activities and events are fully comply with the Company’s policies and quality standard, the laws and regulations of the People Republic of China and all the relevant Codes of Conduct

6.       Any other matters assigned by the team leader and aligned with cross-functional teams
