Your Responsibilities

  • Support local change & projects management
  • Get experience of Distribution Center "working" from A to Z
  • Learn the basics in operations financial management by managing purchase orders and monitoring costs vs budget
  • Provide administrative support to management team
  • Sharing news with the operations population
  • Organizing activities related to employee’s engagement & happiness
  • Gather, communicate, and dispatch information throughout the team

 

Ideal Candidate

  • University degree is an advantage
  • Native Czech/Slovak, fluent English
  • Is highly motivated and open to the international environment, wants to make impact on a day to day basis
  • Possess strong PC skills (MS Office, SAP and Power BI experience is an advantage)
  • Has a strong communication skills
  • Enjoys seeking new and creative solutions
  • Organizational skills (proactive and precise)
  • Likes working with numbers
