Development Manager – LDF
L'Oréal Designer Fragrances (LDF)
comprises of a portfolio of 10 brands including Ralph Lauren, Diesel, Viktor
& Rolf, Thierry Mugler, Azzaro, Maison Margiela, Atelier Cologne and Valentino
Beauty. In 2021 Prada Beauty will join
the portfolio.
As the eBusiness Development Manager you
will develop the strategy and identify new business opportunities for the
portfolio. You will then lead the
execution of this strategy.
This role will report directly into the
General Manager and will be a key member of the Luxe Pureplayer community.
You will:
•Lead the multifunctional project team in
preparation for successful launches online
•Be key liaison between zone, UK and with
other EU countries in identifying and executing opportunities
•Lead the negotiation of commercial terms
with key retailers
•Ensure development of all brand assets,
including PDP’s and all brand content content-supported by Global and local
marketing team and 3P agencies.
•Establish the structure and ways of
working between commercial and marketing teams to drive most effective
performance. Working with the Luxe
Digital team and CMO will be key to this.
•Leverage learnings and knowledge from
other divisions and UK Muilti-divisional E-com team.
•Establish supply chain processes and
drive efficiencies through multi Divisional supply teams
•Lead the Steer Co on this project
You are:
•Educated to degree level
•Highly numerate – strong analytically
•Strong negotiator & look for a
win-win opportunities with our retail partners
•Highly organized with prioritization
skills.
•Experienced in a premium or retail
environment and can demonstrate commercial knowledge of market levers.
•A Self starter-with a real drive to find
solutions
•Comfortable treading unchartered
territory and leading a business through the ambiguity and change
You have:
•Past experience Working with Pureplayers- ideally through commercial but marketing
&/or project management also good.
•Great project management
•Strong influencing skill
•An affinity for luxury brands, and an
interest in identifying new ways to build brands and drive great results
