Responsabilities :
As part of an
Application Domain of Expertise, he/she identifies and analyses the options for
improvement or development of IT applications for SAP FICO. As an expert, he must contribute
to the maintenance of applications in case of escalation.
She/he will :
üSupport the domain “business owners” or BRMs in the definition
of business needs and translate them into recommendations for development/improvement
of SAP FICO..
üGuarantee Application Solution Design and consistency
including the appropriate integration layer
üPromote harmonized solutions across Hubs/divisions
using Standard or core solution as a primary asset
üBe able to operate or delegate to factories the IT BA
key job accountability :
•Customize/configure applications of SAP FICO, prepare functional tests and endorse responsibility for
validating developments before application roll out.
•Manage ongoing relationships with internal clients giving
regular updates on developments and improvements.
•Participate and deploy the change management activities by accompanying end
users and providing trainings.
üProvide support as L4 on escalated maintenance issues from the
Service delivery Organization on the SAP FICO
üFollows PM4IT deliverables and adopt the existing ITIL
processes
