The Active Cosmetics Division is the world leader in dermocosmetics, with international skincare brands recommended by health care professionals and distributed in healthcare outlets worldwide, including, pharmacies, drugstores, medi-spa and e-retailers.

As Medical Representative you will:

  • Boost L’oreal ACD (Active Cosmetic Division) brands sales through providing advice and recommending products to Health Care Professionals (HCP).
  • Visit doctors/HPCs to introduce them to the brands/products to encourage prescription by highlighting the formulas, ingredients and the corresponding medical / clinical tests and providing the supporting technical / scientific documentation.
  • Plan and organize optimal routing of the visits in the assigned territory for the purpose of achieving company / brand targets (prescriptions and sales). Actively promote L’oreal ACD portfolio among defined target of HCPs in the given territory.
  • Focus on the prescription drive and influence on sell-out. Manage & close visits in the internal standards.
  • Compliance with the daily standards of Medical Representative of L’oreal ACD Baltics.
  • Organize educational seminars to HPCs and pharmacists.
  • Create and maintain medical relations.
  • Visit selected pharmacies to educate pharmacists and ensure high advice level at pharmacies and POS execution. Contribute to improve our products sell-out in pharmacies.

You're a perfect match if you:

  • Have higher education, at least Bachelor Degree (preferably biological and chemical, cosmetology).
  • Have experience in the pharmaceutical industry and working with the medical community.
  • Have interpersonal skills, ease of establishing relationships.
  • Have diligence and consistency in the implementation of entrusted tasks.
  • Are able to work in a team as well as independently being responsible and honest in action.
  • Have success-oriented personality with high business awareness.
  • Have valid driving license.
