[L'oreal Korea] Luxe Sales - (Sr.) Business Analyst


JOB SUMMARY 

  • Report on the analysis of market trends, performance and its levers, and make recommendations for further improvement
  • Collect & analyze sell-in/sell-out data.
  • Shape and disseminate analyses and syntheses to help decision makers to drive business activity
  • Collect and manage PBI, MARS, and other data (internal and external) to gain insight into the market.
  • Establish retail strategy and action plans at the division level


CORE WORK ACTIVITIES 

1) DEVELOP RETAIL STRATEGY & OPERATIONS

  • Suggest ways to strengthen the competitiveness of our brands and lead them to more sales.
  • Support to plan promotional events and find meaningful implications from the results.
  • Analyzes the performance of each counter, finds problems, and suggests solutions.

2) FOSTER RETAIL DEVELOPMENT 

  • Manages BA staffing & relationship data
  • Collaborates across functions to enhance our retail capacities 
  • Anti-diversion activities and research on the grey market

3) MASTERS RETAIL FUNDAMENTAL AND BUSINESS TREND

  • Stays up-to-date with market, consumers & competitors 
  • Leverages Business Drivers and pursues Financial optimization 


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: University graduate
  • Years of experience: +5~8 years career experience
  • Specific Professional Experience: Sales planning, Sales management in FMCG (retail/beauty industry) or Marketing & CRM experience beneficial
  • Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
  • Other Skills: Proficient with MS Excel & PowerPoint
