LD(Luxe Division)_eCom Team_eBTQ(eBoutique=Owned Website) Manager 


The eCommerce Manager is responsible for the planning and management of brand online mall business. The eCommerce Manager will analyze sales, site performance and execute digital strategies for product demand and continuous online growth as well as customer management activity. The ideal candidate is highly experienced in leading and development and implementation of sales, digital marketing strategies, and best practices.


Drives eCommerce revenue through Brand eBTQ(D2C) as well as through SEO and SEM activities: e-promotional calendar, product exclusivities, cross-selling mechanisms, data ownership within e-boutique.

  • Ensure that all eCommerce activity is consistent with the brand sense of purpose

  • Implement activities for Search Engine Optimization in order to develop organic search traffic.

  • Monitor search ads session and landing page to ensure paid search traffic.

eKPI Data Analytics

  • Optimize eBTQ performance through data analysis (GA, Demandware)

  • Manage, analyze and draw conclusions on specific eCommerce KPIs (Traffic, Conversion, AUS, bounce rate, and Retention rate…)

Maintenance and Operation excellency

  • Monitors website(eBTQ) usability and the consumer experience in partnership (with 3rd party vendors) to improve site performance, merchandising options, engagement, and conversion.

  • Responsible for ongoing improvement to the website including product descriptions, images, order/hierarchy of products, product constructs.

  • Annual budget planning and estimation for maintenance, license fee, CR cost, and system fee

  • Figure out daily system error and issues with related functions

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, technology, and opportunities for shopper marketing and eCommerce.

eService implementation

  • Successfully roll-out global eService to build in eBoutique

  • Follow up execution to launch with Zone, DMI, and IT team


  • Back-end merchandising and site management experience – preferably in Demandsware

  • Ability to collect, analyze and deeply understand consumer insights to develop and properly implement specific business developments with a consumer-driven approach.

  • Knowledge of a wide array of digital marketing efforts including Email, LMS, SEM, SEO, Media, Social Media Optimization, Client Services, Affiliate Marketing, Audience Testing, and Web Analytics.

  • Detail-oriented and proven successful in managing business process projects, organization/IT development plans with advanced knowledge in OMS and Back-end (e.g.DEMANDSWARE) Systems

  • Analytical and strong problem-solving skills to access challenging situations and develop proactively effective solutions.

  • Ability to communicate effectively among diverse related functions and teams

  • Work with a spirit of enthusiasm, teamwork, cooperation, and a sense of urgency.

  • Ability to multi-task efficiently multiple priorities and prioritized all with various deadlines.


  • University graduate

  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in e-commerce and marketing with proven depth knowledge in digital marketing and technology with a global company, ideally within the natural products industry.

  • Experience with eCommerce partners including site design, site maintenance, online advertising campaigns, and reputation management.

  • Experienced in managing P&L and budget involved with extensive reporting and ROI justification.

  • Fluent in both Korean and English

  • Proficient with PPT, Excel, SQL, SPSS, any other analysis tool (Demandsware experience will be beneficial)
