Job Title: Project Manager (Digital Integration), CORP - CDMO
WHO WE ARE:
CDMO (Corporate Digital & Marketing office) at L'Oréal plays a critical role in driving the company’s overall digital strategy and marketing efforts. Our key responsibilities are 1> Defining the Digital Strategy for Korea market 2> Leading Digital Transformation 3> Overseeing e-commerce strategy 4> Develop media strategies & governance across the company. A DAY IN THE LIFE:
The digital & DDX ( CRM ) manager will be responsible for leading the LOK multi divisions DDX (CRM) framework, CRM governance, 1p/2p data guideline and the digital integration of a new brand into the L’Oreal digital eco system. ( mainly D2C site and CRM system ) This role requires the in-depth knowledge of brand CRM, good communication skill to manage the multi stake holders in English and a solid understanding of digital technologies / data. This position will play a crucial role in building the CRM data intelligence, making the synergy with multiple digital functions and increasing the market penetration of L’Oreal Korea.
- Digital integration project:
- Lead and manage the digital integration project for new organization from initiation to completion, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders from both organizations.
- Develop a detailed integration plan, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and change management processes
- Develop and implement integrated digital strategies and processes.
- DDX(CRM) capability
- Oversee acquisition of qualified traffic data across all sources; target setting, anonymization forecasting & mitigation
- Ensure database engagement and value creation for business at the right cost and with the right level of commercial target
- Drive the “DDX(CRM) for business” agenda, valorizing 1P data cross media, direct & indirect channels, connecting the dots cross digital marketing metiers and prioritizing business-driving use cases
- Drive the 2P strategic roadmap: partner to commercial teams(data complementarity, use cases prioritization, upskilling)
- Oversea data privacy and compliance (anonymization etc.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Coordinate across all digital functions (media, CRM, advocacy, influencer marketing, content, e-commerce, etc.) from both organizations to ensure seamless integration.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members from different departments and organizations.
- Resolve conflicts and ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Technology & Data Understanding:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of digital technologies used in media, CRM, advocacy, influencer marketing, content, and e-commerce.
- Possess a solid understanding of data management, analysis, and migration techniques to ensure data integrity during the integration process.
- Collaborate with IT and other technical teams to integrate systems and data sources.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Years of experience: +7 years (+5 years in CRM and +1-2 years in project management preferred.
- Experiences:
- Strong understanding of digital/CRM integration projects or similar complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Experience with change management and organizational integration is highly desirable.
