Job Title: (Sr.) Digital & Performance Media Specialist - Kérastase - Professional Products Division

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Develop & execute media strategy to reinforce the brand positioning in the market while ensuring marketing and communications to be in line with each other and towards developing consumer engagement and loyalty.
- Facilitate scaling brand awareness through various media channels its aligned with brand’s marketing strategies.
- Create and implement digital marketing strategy including social media strategy and digital campaigns with yearly, quarterly, and monthly execution plan.
- Be responsible for channel strategy and final stages of implementation and publication.
- Actively participate in marketing planning working with the team by providing any media related input.
- Manage the relationship with marketing & ecommerce team and work closely on developing the digital marketing strategy, resolving issues and coordinating execution between performance marketing and awareness through paid, owned, earned media.
- Analyze media performance with trackable KPIs to deliver insights, identify new opportunities and generate innovative ideas for value creation.
- Use analytics to track and understand the consumer experience across channels (Web, Retail, Call Center, Mobile, Social Networks, and Media)
- Bring innovation and is always forefront of the new media frontiers and experimentation: precision advertising, real time buying
- Management of search & display AD operation: Management of budget, keyword, bidding, materials, performance, agency, etc
- Handle internal stakeholders and external agency such as display AD, search engine AD
QUALIFICATION:
- Education : University graduate
- Year of Experience : 6+ years
- Experience:
Matured experience in media buying & operation and digital campaigns
Required knowing how to set up a strategy rather than a task-oriented experience
Naver media full funnel planning skills & experience preferred
Luxury FMCG industry preferred
Any digital media campaign project leading experience is a plus
- Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
- Other skills: Proficient with Excel, PPT
