Job Title: Sales Planning Manager - Consumer Products Division
WHO WE ARE:
In the Consumers Products Division, our mission is to democratize the best of beauty, which means bringing beauty to all. By combining advanced technology, scientific research, and consumer insights, the Consumer Products Division delivers high-quality and innovative products in categories such as haircare, skincare, makeup, and personal care. Your future team plays a vital role in building, managing and developing long-term e-commerce relationships to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s online presence.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Develop deep customer knowledge on supply rules and policy, timelines, stock equation
- Aggregate the total sales forecasts in units and consolidated sales, then analyze all available facts and figures to identify potential gaps.
- Communicate objective feedback, propose adjustment to key stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Supply chain, and others) and validate the sales forecasts, lead the sales forecast monthly meeting.
- Fosters collaboration between brands and ensures consistent category vision and alignment.
- Develop and manage the demand planning process for the CPD.
- Participate in the S&OP process and contribute to inventory optimization.
- Develop and implement sales plans aligned with business objectives.
- Provide business analysis and reporting on sales performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales planning, demand planning, or a related role within the consumer goods industry. Experience with beauty products is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to develop and manage sales plans and forecasts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
- Experience with S&OP processes and principles.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Education : University graduate
- Years of experience : 7 years’ experience or above
- Specific Career Experience : At least 3 years’ experience in the beauty industry or FMCG industry
- Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
- Other Skills : Computer skill proficiency(MS PPT, Excel, Word)
