Junior Customer Care Specialist (m/f)

YOUR ROLE:
We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be the part of our Zagreb team, having the chance to work for the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region. Position of Junior Customer Care Specialist requires independent, agile and communicative person who will be responsible for:
- Processing of orders, Invoicing, claims and returns treatment.
- Coordinating delivery process with logistic partner.
- Communicating with clients.
- Communicating and cooperating with sales teams.
- Collaborating with other teams inside the company: Supply, Stock management.
- Performing part of Credit management: following up on overdue and reconciliation of payments.

THE IDEAL PROFILE:
- Has up to 1 year of similar experience
- Holds a high school diploma at a minimum (Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage)
- Has excellent computer skills (Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in SAP is an advantage
- Fluent in English language
- Has strong communication and negotiation skills
- Is detail-oriented and has good analytical skills
- Is client-oriented and works well with strict deadlines
- Works with responsibility & autonomy
