Key Job Accountabilities
As part of Regional Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) team, ensure the availability of products to markets, provide the right level of service and stock to optimize Supply Chain performance.
•Consolidate and analyze supply needs of affiliates (countries/markets).
•Understand market’s trend, specificities and business strategy, challenge affiliates on their demand consistency (historical forecast evolution, stock coverage, etc)
•Analyze monthly/ weekly supply needs variation and allocate stock to affiliates.
•Request production plan adjustment according to supply needs variation, define production priorities with factory
•Challenge production on their agility and capacity to integrate market constraints (batch and run sizes, management of shortage, safety stock planning, lead time,…)
•Communicate updated information on supply chain stocks and service update (possible supply risk, slow movers,...) to subsidiaries
•Ensure the right level of stock coverage at the RDC, providing high service rate while minimizing slow moving and obsolete
•Manage stock parameters on the whole Supply Chain, ensuring End to End optimization
•Manage product catalogue and contribute to its rationalization
•Coordinate launches with key actors: collect affiliates’ forecast, recommend stock management strategy and secure timely supply for affiliates’ launch
•Proactively prevent supply issues and propose / implement solutions in coordination with stakeholders when those arise (out of stock, sudden supply needs increase/decrease, production delay,…)
•Follow up and analyze performance indicators and make recommendations for improvement to ensure achievement of targets
•Participate in building trend projection and budget in cooperation with Brand business, Finance and affiliates
•Lead / participate in projects
•Lead / participate business review meetings
The S&OP team has a strategic and central position in l’Oreal Luxe division ecosystem. He/she will be in regular communication with:

•With a background of engineering/scientific studies
•Demand/Supply Planning experience
•Consumer goods industry experience
•Advanced Excel skills (e.g. PowerBI, Power Query, etc)
•Project management / coordination experience
