Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務

- Lead both short-term and long-term E-commerce strategy: In respect with the brands / division / North Asia Zone strategies and frames, increase division’s online turnover, ensuring incubation of new businesses in line with brand / division’s identity and objectives, all under CMO Omnichannel supervision.

- Lead EC platform team and collaborate with related teams/stakeholders effectively including North Asia CMO Omnichannel zone team

- Manage e-merchandizing strategy: catalog, trade, promos, testing, new parts on the site, media … in link with the marketing plan

- Manage e-trade marketing in line with both the brands / the platformers’ marketing calendars

- Monitor the customer experience and purchase path to improve purchase rate (frequency, conversion, average order size) for online channels and provide data expertise to deploy & adapt the strategy

- Track and measure site & Business performance to increase ROI

- Track and measure customer satisfaction (NPS, Consumer comment, Review)

- Lead retail media strategy while establishing performance track cycle            

- Facilitate technology, tools and partners deployment to improve platforms and functionalities, working closely with the EC platformers, IT and related teams

- Become the window for the brand teams and related parties, unless any urgent issues occur

- In charge of online platform business P&L to contribute for profits

- Lead division eJBP with key platformers in order to drive faster growth

- Develop online platform business channel strategy in the market while respecting Global/North Asia Zone CMO Omnichannel strategy

            

Must Have Aspects 必須項目             

a. Core skills and Experience

 ・More than 3 years of experience in managing EC platforms; especially proven experience in crafting and executing strategies for multiple brands and e-commerce platforms.

 ・Expert knowledge and strategic insight into major e-commerce platforms, such as Rakuten and/or Amazon.

 ・Experience in managing sales and PL responsibility.

 ・High-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken (to effectively communicate with international teams).

            

b. Leadership and Management

・Proven track record of effectively communicating and cascading information within a team. As well as Stakeholders management.

・Quick adaptability to new challenges and the ability to address issues raised by internal stakeholders such as senior leadership and brand representatives.

・Ability to provide insightful and strategic feedback to team members, drawing on a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and prior experience.

・Strong management skills that drive team performance and foster a collaborative environment. Team contains 4 key pillars: Shop in Shop, Pure Players, E-Retailer, Amazon.

・An enthusiastic and optimistic outlook that motivates and encourages team members.

・Excellent prioritization skills, capable of directing projects with clarity and vision.
