Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務
To define & implement a communication strategy in consistency with the international brand communication
strategy and the local business strategy for the brand
. Operate the communication strategy
. Implement the brand media strategy with all relevant media participants (women's and professional magazines, television, radio, internet etc.) to achieve 360 degreed communication including new media, SNS, etc.
. Increase the brand awareness
. Develop media relations and external networks (not only publishers, writers, celebrities etc.)
. Deliver brand message to consumer through various medias
. Represent and be the brand spokesperson for external targets including celebrities, socialite and bloggers
. Organize major brand events and  or product launches
. Maintain and protect the brand's reputation, anticipate and manage crisis
・Manage the PR budget
Must Have Aspects 必須項目 
. Minimum 3-year experience in PR related job or related company such as Ad agency, experiencing in cosmetics,fashion, jewelry or consumer product brands
. If not, then it will depend on the personality and communication ability to fit to PR job
. Excellent interpersonal skill, editorial communication skill, presentation skill both in Japanese and business conversational level of English
. Project management skill (strong planning and execution skill)
. Think out of box type
. Basic and useful knowledge of the media, up-to-date media trend and social networks
. PC & Microsoft Office skills
Preferred Qualification 希望項目
. Ideally cosmetics background
. Knows well digital PR and marketing
. Global company experience, with excellent communication ability in both Japanese and English
