Before starting … How do our recruitment process look like?

1°/ After applying to the offer by filling in your CV information

2°/ If your CV is selected, you will be invited for an Exploratory Recruitment Interview (individual one). The recruiter you will meet with will be getting to know you better, understand who you are and what are your professional aspirations.

3°/ Finally, if the exploratory interview is positive, you will get an interview with the HR Manager of the Consumer Product Division! If you are successful, then you will be invited fo an interview with the La Provençale Bio Team.

 Innovation Manager LPB  

Launched within the L'Oréal Group in 2018, La Provençale Bio was built on the balance between organic products, efficiency, sensoriality and high standards.

 Around PDO Provence olive oil, its star ingredient, the brand is giving back organic credentials, while remaining accessible.

 In just a few years, it has already carved out a place for itself in the organic market and still promises great conquests to come.

 The La Provençale Bio team is looking for its next Innovation Manager.

 

 

Your Mission

 

Create a relevant launch plan for the brand in order to continue to grow the Skincare category and to successfully conquer the Hair and optimize the Hygiene offer by:

 

- Developing relevant insights to create innovative products

- Building a perfect knowledge of the brand's products and the omnichannel category

- Making developments part of a long-term innovation strategy: franchise construction, maintenance / renovation of pillars

 

Ensure the availability of market launches:

- Help prioritize formula development with laboratories

- Challenge formula development

- Participate in the development and evolution of formulation charters

- Lead projects with a view to optimizing the PVIS, in line with the brand strategy

- Develop the artworks according to the launch schedule


You are:

- Creative: You are someone who is able to start a new project from scratch. You are a good story teller with some abilities to challenge the standard of the market to create a new, different, better concept. 

- Open minded: interested in learning and understanding new market culture specificities 

- Strategist: you have abilities to understand and analyze challenges.  

- Resilient:  you have a strong motivation and positive attitude in front of evolutions and project changes.

Entrepreneurial spirit: You are able to manage a very high level of complexity. Not afraid to work out of traditional L’Oréal group process.


You have:

- a first experience in the field of Marketing (excluding internships and apprenticeships)

- good knowledge of the Skincare category 

- a strong appetite for organic and CSR topics

- Good level in French & in English
