A Day in the Life
As an Advocacy & Influencer Lead, you’ll join our L'Oréal Luxe Division and play a pivotal role in shaping how our brands connect with consumers across the CZ/SK/HU region. Reporting to senior management, you’ll collaborate with multifunctional teams (Marketing, Digital, PR, and more) to develop and execute innovative influencer marketing strategies that drive engagement, brand love, and cultural relevance.
Here’s what you’ll be working on:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies for L'Oréal's Luxe division in CZ/SK/HU
- Manage relationships with influencers, fostering engagement and brand love
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer activities into broader marketing campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide data-driven insights to optimize future strategies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing
- Drive Division A&I Acceleration on key bets to win Engagement and drive brand love and cultural relevance locally
We Are Looking For
You’re the perfect fit if you have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital media, or PR.
- A proven track record of developing, executing, and evaluating successful influencer strategies and campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) with a focus on media amplification of influencer content.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, including agencies, medical influencers, and journalists.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Data analytics skills and a solid understanding of influencer marketing KPIs.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a keen eye for current trends.
- Fluency in Czech and English
