Within the Beauty Tech organization, the Finance IT department provides global solutions & services for the Finance & Legal group direction. We are a dynamic and motivated team of around 40 people, with diverse skills & strengths. 

We work closely with our businesses to respond to changing technology and user needs.

What a day in the life of the IT Finance Project Manager looks like:  

You will sit in the IT department but have a strong relationship with the business and operations teams to help them leverage technology solutions to deal with their business goals.

You will coordinate both project and run activities of EPM platforms, which will have to answer to four main challenges: collect, publish, simulate & analyze relevant KPIs.

You will keep abreast of the latest technological developments in these technological areas, 

and assist in the selection of the proposed solutions for new projects.

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have: 

  • 10 years’ experience minimum in EPM technologies because you will be leading complex technical designs
  • Previous knowledge of the Controlling domain and an interest in acquiring more knowledge in this area as our business partners demand a high level of functional understanding
  • Understanding of main EPM technologies (IBM Planning Analytics, Anaplan, OneStream, Tagetik,…)
  • Ability to lead and prioritize demands 
  •  Strong teamwork skills as collaboration is the foundation of our ways of working
  • Robust communication skills because you will be at the heart of IT/business interactions
  • Capacity to assume responsibility for your work and complete timely escalations as the team works in an empowerment model
